From 2022 to 2025 the project Dance as ICH: New models of facilitating participatory dance events (Dance - ICH) will explore facilitation of dance as intangible cultural heritage and the relationship between local dance heritage communities, museums, heritage institutions and the public.

In 2024 we have scheduled several digital events for discussions, coffee breaks and reading circles. These are necessary in order to maintain progress in our project. In March we met online for a session with the topic sustainability.

The Norwegian centre for traditional music and dance, leading partner of our Dance-ICH project, starts working on the Norwegian case study in collaboration with Rockheim and Ringve – national music museum of Norway, both situated in the city of Trondheim, in the middle of Norway.

The Slovene Ethnographic Museum is the central museum of ethnology in Slovenia, and has knowledge in co-creative formation of exhibitions with practitioners, adaptation of the exhibition to vulnerable groups, and creation of interactive content for children.
